In a recent ski trip selfie, Madison LeCroy of Southern Charm appears to have borrowed inspiration from Kim Kardashian’s style, causing a buzz among Instagram users. Take a look at the photo that caught attention.
Madison LeCroy of Southern Charm has fans doing a double take with a recent post on her Instagram page.
The star created a frenzy when she posted a selfie taken during a ski trip with friends, showing her wearing oversized sunglasses and a large black headband, styling her straight blonde hair. Many followers thought she was channeling Kim Kardashian in the snapshot.
Southern Hospitality’s TJ Dinch commented on the post “Kim K?!?” and fellow Bravo star Mercedes “MJ” Javid added “Yes! I thought the same!” Other followers also commented on the resemblance to Kim Kardashian.

There’s no denying that Madison’s look in the selfie is reminiscent of one previously worn by Kim Kardashian. Back in 2018, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star stepped out at a Create & Cultivate women’s conference in Los Angeles with her then-platinum blonde hair styled in a sleek and straight manner and pulled back with a thick black headband, just like Madison in the selfie. To complete her look, Kim paired her hairstyle with a black suit.
While many compared Madison’s look to Kim Kardashian’s, some of the comments section thought she resembled another reality star, Dorit Kemsley from The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. One fan commented “Totally thought you were @doritkemsley when I was scrolling!” and another wrote “This is giving me Dorit vibes.”
Madison LeCroy has clarified her take on the comparisons drawn between her look and that of other reality stars. In a video posted to her Instagram Stories on Jan. 26, she said it was not her intention to look like someone else. She said, “I keep getting messages that I look like Dorit or why am I trying to look like Dorit. I didn’t do that.” She acknowledged that Dorit is “gorgeous” and took the comparisons as a compliment, but emphasized that it was not intentional. She said, “It’s not like I went to my plastic surgeon and said, ‘Hey, help me look like this.’ I’m not trying to look like anybody but me.”
