WHO Director-General Tidros Adhnom Gebresus expressed at a press conference Wednesday, concerns that a vaccine against “Covid 19” could not be reached in the future.
Mike Ryan, executive director of the WHO’s health emergency program, said on Wednesday that it is unclear how the arrival of winter in the southern hemisphere will affect the new coronavirus.
“We do not know what the coronavirus will be,” Ryan told a virtual news conference. “At the moment, we have no data indicating that the virus will behave more aggressively or will transmit more efficiently or not.”
He continued, “The effect of summer arriving in the northern hemisphere on the Corona virus is also unclear.”
He said that he could not count on the expectation that the season or temperature would be the answer to the disease’s spread.
