Jackson, who is suspected of shooting Ryan Fischer, faces additional charges of assault with a semi-automatic firearm and of being a criminal with a hidden firearm in a vehicle.
Harold White, 40, father of Jaylin White, and Jennifer McBride, 50, who is the woman who returned the dogs at a police station and asked for the reward amount, also face one charge of attempted murder.
