Directed by Jenny Gage, the feature film, inspired by Anna Todd’s books, refines her cast: Selma Blair joins Josephine Langford, Hero Fiennes Tiffin and Shane Paul McGhie, reveals Deadline.
The plot of “After” revolves around Tessa (Josephine Langford), an applied student, obedient and loyal to her high school boyfriend, Noah (Dylan Arnold), who has shared her life for two years. But everything changes the day she meets the mysterious Hardin Scott (Hero Fiennes Tiffin), a bad boy who makes him lose all his certainties.
Selma Blair, known for playing in “Sex Intentions” and more recently in the Netflix series, “Lost in Space”, will play Carol Young, Tessa’s mother. She disapproves of her daughter’s relationship with Hardin, which will create a conflict in their relationship.
Filming is currently taking place in Atlanta. “After” will be released in the United States on April 12th.
