NEW YORK – Singer Rihanna drags her own father in court. The Hollywood Reporter reports that the singer accuses him of being mistaken as her manager.
According to Rihanna, who spoke about the bad relationship with her father Ronald Fenty in the past, Fenty and a man named Moses Perkins set up an entertainment company called Fenty Entertainment. That company arranged some bookings for the singer.
The 30-year-old Rihanna says nothing to do with the company. The singer not only blames her father for using her name. But Ronald Fenty would have lied to investors about the involvement of his daughter in his company.
In this way, the father of Rihanna would have deposited millions of dollars. He would have made fake bookings for a tour in South America and concerts in Los Angeles and Las Vegas. The singer wants her father to get a ban to continue with his activities and demands compensation.
According to Rihanna, she has tried several times in a conversation to stop Fenty and Perkins to stop their fraudulent practices. The way to court is the only solution that remains.
