R & B singer R. Kelly’s lawyers are to ask a Chicago judge to fine and imprison his ex-wife for breaking a confidentiality clause in their divorce agreement.
The Chicago Sun-Times reports that Kelly Attorney Steve Greenberg said in a Tuesday filing Andrea Kelly has appeared “on countless media disparaging Robert Kelly and bringing charges and charges.” The singer faces more than 20 sex-related counts in Cook County’s criminal courts by accusing him of abusing and assaulted women. He denies all wrongdoing.
Andrea Kelly’s attorney says the singer has broken the confidentiality agreement herself many times.
The divorce couple has been attracting attention since the singer was jailed for three days in March for not having to pay around $ 160,000 in support for the child. The next hearing in this case is July 10.
