R. Kelly (55) is no longer under permanent surveillance to prevent him from harming himself. That was decided in court on Tuesday, after Kelly’s lawyer called the measure unnecessary and “an extra punishment”. Counsel thought that the measure would ensure that Kelly would want to do something to herself.
