Penumbral Lunar eclipse is going to slip the skies early Wednesday. This is not going to as visible as total lunar eclipse. Penumbral eclipse occurs when move comes under or moves through the outer part of Earth’s Shadow. Outer part of earth’s shadow is called penumbra. According to NASA the penumbral eclipse would be at its peak at 7:49 a.m. ET.
