What to conquer emerging markets!
Chinese firms have more than ever understood the importance of emerging markets. Emerging markets that are offered powerful models under Android but especially less expensive than a Samsung, for example. And Oppo, one of the most famous Chinese companies, presented its brand new model for India, Egypt, Morocco or Indonesia: the Oppo F9. A smartphone that has a beautiful technical sheet but especially several functions that could make it a must in the emerging countries. Countries where leaders like Samsung or Apple are still struggling to find a place – the second has only 1% shares in India …
A smartphone to conquer the emerging market
It is through a video that Oppo has announced its F9. A phone that, not surprisingly, offers a notch like many models inspired by the iPhone X. A notch that has at least the merit of being less imposing than some smartphones marketed so far. Level F9, the F9 is located in the entry level to reach emerging markets whose purchasing power is lower than elsewhere. There is a 6.3-inch Full HD LCD, a Helio P60 processor with 6GB of RAM and a 64GB expandable microSD storage. The battery has a capacity of 3500 mAh and, icing on the cake, has VOCC technology for fast charging! A must for an entry level. Camera level, a double sensor is present of 16 + 2 megapixels.
As previously explained, this smartphone is aimed at emerging countries and has no price yet – which should be rather accessible. The most interesting thing is that technologies formerly reserved for premiums, such as dual sensor or fast charging, are coming for less powerful phones!
