Nicolas Cage thinks he has finally found true love in his fifth wife, Riko Shibata.
“I am very happily married,” 58-year-old Cage told the Los Angeles Times . “I know five times is a lot, but I think I did it right this time.”
The actor married the Japanese Shibata (26) at the beginning of last year, with whom he had a relationship for about a year. At the beginning of this year, it was announced that the couple is expecting their first child together. Cage already has two sons from previous relationships.
He was previously married to Erika Koike, but that marriage ended after just four days. He also pledged undying loyalty to Lisa Marie Presley, Patricia Arquette and Alice Kim.
Cage is also happy with his cat Merlin, whom he calls his best friend, his cat Teegra and his crow Hoogan. “He sometimes calls me names, it’s very funny. Crows are very intelligent and they look beautiful too.”
