The release of the series is scheduled for March this year.
The Marvel YouTube channel has pleased fans with the first trailer for the Disney+ series Moon Knight, which will be part of the fourth phase of the MCU. The 2-minute video features a new hero who has trouble sleeping and suffers from dissociative identity disorder.
The main role in the series went to Oscar Isaac, who previously played Leto Atreides in the movie Dune. In the new show, the actor appears as ex-Marine Mark Spector with multiple personalities. While in the service, the military was on a mission in Egypt, during which he could die, but he was saved by Khonsu, the god of the moon. Judging by the trailer, Mark does not understand where the dream is and where the reality is, but this does not relieve him of the burden of being a superhero.
The fact is that salvation was not a selfless gesture. Khonsu demanded that Mark become Moon Knight, the incarnation of God on Earth. The hero will have to fight the Sun King, played by Ethan Hawke.
The first season of the project includes six episodes lasting 40-50 minutes. The release of the show is scheduled for March 30.
