Kevin Spacey has settled the alleged sexual abuse case that a masseur had brought against him. Spacey and the son of the now deceased masseur have submitted documents for this to the court on Monday, reports The Hollywood Reporter .
Details of the agreement were not disclosed. The settlement has been designed in such a way that it is not possible to lodge a new complaint against the same case at a later time.
After the death of the masseur, who remained anonymous, in September, the prosecution of Spacey was initially canceled. The son of the man who accused Spacey then successfully submitted a request to take over the charge.
Spacey, against whom numerous allegations of abuse have been made, did not release a striking video message for the first time on Christmas Eve. He argued as his character Frank Underwood from House of Cards for more goodness in the world.
