Kate Winslet does not have to leave the door for the recordings of her new film Blackbird. The film will be recorded in the actress’s home, reports Mail on Sunday.
Although the actress is always very reticent when it comes to her private life, she now allows cameras in her beach house in West Wittering.
The actress previously paid 3.2 million pounds (converted about 3.5 million euros) for the house with eight rooms. She lives there with her husband Ned Rocknroll and their four-year-old son Bear. Also her children from a previous relationship, Mia (17) and Joe (14), live there.
Blackbird becomes an English-language remake of the Danish film Stille hjerte from 2014. In addition to Winslet, Diane Keaton can also be seen in the film. She plays a terminally ill mother who wants to see the whole family together once more. Winslet plays one of her daughters.
