According to his representative, the rapper should go to Moscow during the spring or summer …
Kanye West is going to Russia. The singer is planning to visit Moscow in a few months to meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin, perform Sunday Services performances and expand his business.
That has been confirmed by Kanye’s representative, Ameer Sudan. He noted that the trip would likely take place in the spring or summer, depending on his schedule.
Ameer is working with attorney Scott Balber – managing partner in Herbert Smith Freehills’ New York office and head of financial services investigations and litigation for the US law firm – to make the arrangements.
He explained that they will act as liaisons between the rapper and Scott’s clients, the billionaire Azerbaijani-Russian real estate developer Aras Agalarov and his son Emin Agalarov, who is an aspiring singer.
He added that Russia would be a ‘second home’ for Kanye: “He will spend a lot of time there,” he said.
Aras Agalarov is a close friend of Vladimir Putin and according to Billboard magazine Kanye will also collaborate musically with his son Emin to raise his profile in the United States.
While Ameer did not disclose the deals Kanye was working on with the Agalarov family, he did say that they would increase the musician’s wealth to more than $ 10 billion!
Still according to Billboard magazine while in Russia, Kanye will also host one of his religious events, to which he plans to personally invite Vladimir Putin. This will be the first time he will perform in Russia in his 25-year career.
