Jessica Alba (38) has admitted that she has gone into therapy with her 10-year-old daughter Honor. Not because there are really big problems between the two, but because the actress and businesswoman wanted to learn how to communicate better with Honor.

At the ‘Her Conference’ event, 38-year-old Jessica Alba said she was going into therapy with her 10-year-old daughter Honor. “That way I could learn to be a better mother for her and to communicate better with her,” Alba said. “Some people, like in my family, think that you should just talk to a priest and that everything will be fine. I don’t feel comfortable talking to him about my feelings. I also didn’t grow up in an environment where you talk about things like this. The idea was earlier: shut it up and just continue. So it inspires me to talk to my children. ”

In addition to Honor, Alba has two other children with spouse Cash Warren: daughter Haven (7) and son Hayes (1.5).
