Britain’s Prince William is said to be the ‘perfect candidate’ to become the next James Bond. Producer Barbara Broccoli told British media this after she and her half-brother Michael Wilson were allowed to collect their royal decoration at Buckingham Palace.
“Prince William has it all”
The filmmakers said they are still “on the hunt” for the successor to Daniel Craig, who has retired from the role of the famous secret agent after five James Bond films. “Unfortunately, the person we just met is not available. He is too busy, but would be the perfect candidate. He has it all,” Barbara said. The 62-year-old producer points to the fact that William can pilot a helicopter and has served with the British Air Force.
Last year Daniel Craig ended his adventure as 007 with No Time To Die as the fifth film after almost sixteen years. The British actor was the sixth Bond after predecessors Sean Connery, George Lazenby, Roger Moore, Timothy Dalton and Pierce Brosnan. .
