Jada Pinkett Smith Takes Legal Action Against Rumors on Will Smith’s Sexuality
In response to recent explosive allegations surrounding Will Smith’s sexuality, Jada Pinkett Smith is taking a stand. The controversy ignited when Smith’s former assistant, Brother Bilaal, made sensational claims during the Unwine With Tasha K podcast, alleging that he witnessed Smith engaging in intimate acts with his Fresh Prince of Bel-Air co-star Duane Martin.
While representatives for the 55-year-old actor swiftly denounced the purportedly fabricated story, Pinkett Smith, 52, has escalated the response. When questioned about the rumors during her visit to New York City on Wednesday, Nov. 15, she provided TMZ with a succinct and powerful two-word response: “We suin’!”
The seriousness of Pinkett Smith’s intention to pursue legal action against Bilaal remains unclear. However, sources have suggested that Smith himself is contemplating taking legal steps to address the damaging story.
Will Smith will WISH this interview NEVER happened! This is one of the closest people to Will aside from Jada to sit down and tell all about him. From meeting Jada, Tupac, Will’s sexuality and manhood size, he KNOWS and TELLS it ALL‼️@bopulent

Bilaal’s explosive interview, aired on Monday, Nov. 13, described alleged encounters between Smith and Martin in graphic detail, including an explicit account of an intimate moment in a dressing room. The former assistant even commented on the size of Smith’s manhood.
In response, a spokesperson for Smith categorically denied the claims, stating they were “completely fabricated” and “unequivocally false.”
Pinkett Smith’s resolute response underscores the strong bond she shares with Smith, despite their publicly tumultuous relationship in recent years. In a revealing interview last month while promoting her new memoir, “Worthy,” Pinkett Smith disclosed to Today’s Hoda Kotb that she and Smith have been leading separate lives for the past seven years. Despite this, the couple has no plans for divorce and remains legally married, co-parenting their two children, Jaden, 25, and Willow, 23.
