According to official documents regarding the separation of Halle Berry and her ex-husband Olivier Martínez, the 54-year-old actress wants to represent herself in court as her own divorce attorney.

Previously, the actress had lawyer Marina Zakiyan Beck as her representative, but the change was approved by Marina on July 30, 2020 and on August 11, Halle herself signed the change. Olivier will be represented by the famous divorce attorney Laura Wasser.

It is not known why the actress made this move on the situation. But according to OK! Magazine, Halle Berry is tired of waiting for a resolution and wants to do it herself.
