Together with a number of old rockers, Johnny Depp enters the Jimmy Kimmel stage to pay tribute to the deceased David Bowie. Although the actor rarely sings publicly, viewers are deeply impressed by his singing talent.
“I can keep watching this”
The 56-year-old actors brings old rockers together in a kind of super group called Hollywood Vampires. Johnny has managed to get Alice Cooper and Aerosmith guitarist Joe Perry among others for his band. They do their first TV show with none other than Jimmy Kimmel. For their debut they chose a cover, namely Heroes by David Bowie. And the viewers are immediately fans.
Fans go wild on Twitter about the performance. “It was one of the best things I’ve ever seen”, “I can keep watching this” and “Great collaboration” are just a few of the rave comments.
I watched Johnny Depp with the Hollywood vampires perform heroes by David bowie on Kimmel last night and it was one of the most glorious things ever. It made my heart so full.

I love him so much and I am so proud of him.
The rock band already released an album in 2015, but now they are back with new material. Johnny hardly sings on either CD. Alice Cooper usually leaves as lead singer of the songs, which are mainly covers. Many guest artists appeared on their first album, including Paul McCartney, Dave Grohl from The Foo Fighters and Slash.
