“And I broke my shoulder in two places. But for whatever reason, the story became that I broke my shoulder at the Spice Girls concert, that I was on someone’s shoulders and I fell and broke my own shoulder. And it is not true!”
“It wasn’t on anyone’s shoulders! I had already broken my shoulder, ”the La La Land star continued.
He explained that he was not aware of the extent of his shoulder injury despite having gone to the hospital before the concert and ended up realizing after he enjoyed the concert.
“I was supposed to go to the Spice Girls concert in London, and I did, but the night before, someone had a little party at a nearby house,” she shared. “And this was in 2019, before COVID, when all people could be together and mix.”
“And there was a waxed floor in this house, and I slipped, and my arm rolled back and I broke my shoulder. And then I went to the Spice Girls concert the next day, I used one of those little choruses. “
