The multi-billionaire Elon Musk (49) told the American television show ‘Saturday Night Live’ that he has Asperger’s syndrome, an autism spectrum disorder. “I know I say or post strange things sometimes, but that’s just how my brain works,” said the CEO of Tesla and SpaceX.
“I’m actually making history tonight as the first person with Asperger’s to present ‘Saturday Night Live,'” said Musk. He received a big round of applause from the audience for this. “Or at least I’ll be the first to admit it. So I won’t be making much eye contact with the cast tonight. ” It is the first time that Musk has publicly stated that he has Asperger’s syndrome, an autism spectrum disorder. People who suffer from this disorder have more difficulty engaging in social interactions.

Musk also spoke about his special tweets on the show. “Look, I know that sometimes I say or post strange things, but that’s how my brain works. I just want to say to everyone I’ve offended, I’ve reinvented electric cars and I’m sending people to Mars. Did you really think I was going to be a chill, normal guy? ”
