Kensington Palace has made known through an official statement how the big day of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle will look on May 19th. The couple married that day at Windsor Castle and the preparations are now in full swing.
The wedding will take place at 12 noon in the St George’s Chapel at Windsor Castle. After the ceremony, the couple makes a tour in a carriage through the town of Windsor, eventually returning to the castle. Prince Harry and Markle hope to involve as many people as possible in their marriage.
The reception will take place at St George’s Hall at the castle. Then Prince Charles gives another private party for family and close friends.
“Prince Harry and Mrs. Markle are extremely grateful for all the congratulations they have received after the announcement of their engagement, and are looking forward to their wedding day and to celebrate this with the public”, says Kensington Palace.
The wedding is broadcast live on television. American fans of Meghan Markle have to set their alarms because of the time difference. In Meghans ‘hometown’ Los Angeles, where her mother lives, one has to go to the tube at 4 o’clock in the morning to watch the fairy tale live.
