Chrissy Teigen (34) has had a tattoo to honor the child she and her husband John Legend (41) lost earlier this year. In her Instagram Stories, Chrissy shared a photo of her forearm with the name Jack tattooed on it.

The tattoo is right next to a previous tattoo with the names of her husband John and their children Luna and Miles. John himself has almost the same tattoo, only he has the names Chrissy, Luna and Miles on his arm.
