In an interview with English Vogue magazine, the 39-year-old artist, mother of three, commented:
“I really appreciate this time with my family, and my new goal is to slow down and eliminate stressful things from my life (…) I entered the music industry at 15 and grew up with the world watching me,” he justifies about going slow down now and enjoy life and your family more.
The singer shares eight-year-old Blue Ivy and twins Sir and Rumi, three, with Jay-Z, adding:
“I released Lemonade during the Formation world tour, gave birth to twins, performed at Coachella, directed Homecoming, did another world tour with Jay, then Black Is King, all in a row… It’s been heavy and hectic. I have spent a lot of time concentrating on building my legacy and representing my culture in the best way that I know how. Now, I have decided to give myself permission to focus on my joy, ”he says.
