Italian tourist died of severe bleeding shortly after being taken to a hospital.
Antonio Straccialini, an Italian tourist, died last Friday on the Colombian island of San Andrés, in the Caribbean Sea, after being attacked by a large shark, the ANSA agency reported .
The 56-year-old man was the victim of a tiger shark attack in shallow water, while swimming in a place not popular with bathers. People on the beach pulled him out of the water after hearing his cries for help.

Straccialini died shortly after being transferred to a hospital, due to severe blood loss from a wound in his right leg.
From the videos published on social networks, it was established that there were two tiger sharks there at the time, as identified by experts at the national level.
The presence of such sharks had recently been reported in that area, which is considered one of the best diving spots on the Colombian coast.
