American rapper Yella Beezy was admitted to hospital after being shot on a Texan highway. The 26-year-old hip-hop artist was hit by three bullets.
Billboard reports that an unknown vehicle was driving next to Yella Beezy and opened fire. According to the local police, the motive is unclear and no one has been arrested.
The rapper has now left the hospital.
The rapper, who really is called Deandre Conway, had a hit in the urban scene earlier that year with That’s on me. In September he was booked by Beyoncé and Jay-Z as a support act for their performance in Dallas.
