The actress, one of the most important in the artistic field of Mexico, passed away today, ANDA reported.
Actress Lilia Aragón died at the age of 82, announced the National Association of Actors (ANDA) through its social networks.
The official ANDA Twitter account reads: “The National Association of Actors deeply regrets the death of our colleague Lilia Aragón del Rivero, who was General Secretary of our union during the 2006-2010 period. Our sincere condolences to his family and friends. Rest in peace”.
With more than 55 years of experience in film, theater and television, Lilia Aragón was one of the most important actresses in our country, internationally recognized thanks to her performances in films from the 70s and 80s.
In his long career in cinema, which include films such as ‘Morgana’, ‘La cama’, ‘Chabela querida’, ‘Sin sense’, ‘Dos gallos de oro’ and ‘En las manos de Dios’.
On television, he participated in more than 30 soap operas, among them, ‘Por amar sin ley’, ‘Mujeres de negro’, ‘Simply María’, ‘Amores verdaderos’ and ‘Esperanza del corazón’, among others.
