The jacket that Harrison Ford wore as Han Solo in Star Wars movie The Empire Strikes Back goes under the hammer in September. The auction house in London charges 1 million pounds (1.1 million euros) for the jacket.
The jacket is one of 600 film garments and props sold during the auction. Two Storm trooper helmets from A New Hope and The Last Jedi are also offered for sale there.
The first copy, from 1977, has to yield some 60,000 pounds (67,000 euros). The helmet from the 2017 film stands for 50,000 pounds (56,000 euros) in the catalog, the proceeds of this sale goes to charity. The ‘lightsaber’ of Anakin Skywalker in The Revenge Of The Sith stands for 100,000 pounds (112,000 euros) in the shop window.
During the auction not only props from Star Wars films under the hammer. The hover board of Marty McFly from the second Back To The Future film is also sold, and Johnny Depps costume from Edward Scissor hands can also be offered .
