He calls her his “wife” despite not being legally married.
Kim Kardashian is currently dealing with a controversy involving harassment from a fan who is extremely obsessed with her. This individual refers to Kardashian as his “wife” and has even sent her a diamond ring. Additionally, the fan has made multiple appearances at her house.
As a result of the aforementioned harassment, Kim Kardashian has sought a temporary restraining order against Jomonie Victor Zigler. According to TMZ, Zigler first contacted Kardashian in December and repeatedly visited her house and posted about her on social media.
Despite being stopped by her security when he showed up at her house, Kim Kardashian fears for her safety and that of her children. This prompted her to request a restraining order to keep Zigler away. Kardashian’s lawyer, Shawn Holley, filed the necessary documents for the restraining order, including details of Zigler sending items to her home, such as a diamond ring and keys to a hotel room where he wanted to meet her.

In addition, the lawyer states that Zigler has a criminal record, which includes charges for possession of firearms, threats, and causing emotional distress to others.
Due to the aforementioned behavior, a judge has granted Kardashian a temporary injunction against Zigler, who is 28, until a hearing with him is held in February. This is not the first time Kim has obtained a restraining order against a stalker. In 2021, she obtained a similar order against Charles Peter Zelenoff who, like Zigler, was obsessed with her. The restraining order against Zelenoff was for three years, but Kardashian is seeking to extend it and make it permanent.
