The rapper, who has been a critic of West, gave his support to Kim while continuing to criticize Kanye West.
Kim Kardashian has been publicly supported by rapper 50 Cent, who has been a vocal detractor for Kanye West in the past.
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star was praised by 50 Cent for her “understanding” of what she described as a bipolar episode her husband is going through, according to Mirror newspaper.
The rival rapper taunted Kanye during his campaign rally in South Carolina, followed by Twitter posts when Kanye lashed out at Kim and his mother Kris Jenner with a string of personal accusations.
It may have been a surprise for Kim to discover that 50 Cent was supporting her, who couldn’t help but give Kanye a brutal blow for what she’s been doing.
Rapper ‘In Da Club’ republished Kim’s long explanation on Instagram about Kanye’s behavior and how they have been living privately with her bipolar disorder.
50 Cent, whose real name is Curtis Jackson, added to the post: “This was great, she is being very understanding because her man is upset.”
With many concerned about Kanye’s mental health, it won’t look nice for 50 Cent to use those words to describe his current state.
Kim, 39, broke her silence on Kanye’s effusions on Wednesday, urging “compassion” towards Kanye and addressing her bipolar diagnosis.
In a statement on Instagram, Kim wrote, “As many of you know, Kanye has bipolar disorder.”
“Anyone who has this or has a loved one in their life who knows, knows how incredibly complicated and painful it is to understand.”
“I have never spoken publicly about how this has affected us at home because I am very protective of our children and Kanye’s right to privacy when it comes to her health.”
“But today, I feel like I should comment on it because of the stigma and misconceptions about mental health.”
Kim continued: “Those who understand mental illness or even compulsive behavior know that the family is powerless unless the member is a minor.”
“People who are not aware of or are far removed from this experience can judge and not understand that the person himself must be involved in the process of getting help no matter how hard his family and friends try”.
Kanye currently lives on his ranch in Cody, Wyoming, where he has been joined by close friends and advisers who have been urging him to seek medical attention.
